Toronda V2 70cc Puch Maxi high-end racing cylinder 45mm e50 reed valve

High-end 45mm Cylinder for reed valve intake specially developed for racing use.

• Aluminium cylinder with top quality Nicasil from NikaTech

• 2 part exhaust ports and 7 transfer ports to ensure the best performance with the original studs

• Includes 45mm top-quality Vertex Evolution piston

• Includes gaskets to fine-tune the squish (TRND.041102)

• for original 43mm stroke and 44x44mm studs dimensions

• The V2 version has a better finish, accuracy, and other changes to improve power, piston life, and gasket sealing.

This cylinder is cast in a specific aluminum alloy, T6 hardened, and every cylinder is hand-finished before Nicasil coating.

The port/channel layout and timings have been developed and tested in racing conditions.

In addition to high power, we mainly focused on a broader powerband and high torque at relatively low revs to improve acceleration in racing conditions.

Developed for e50 reed valve intake conversion ( .. )  and also fits on the Addy 50 engine with only milling and no welding.

The crankcase must be bored to a diameter of 50.5mm so that the cylinder sleeve fits in the crankcase.
