The V2 version has a better finish, accuracy, and other changes to improve power, piston life, and gasket sealing.
This cylinder is cast in a specific aluminum alloy, T6 hardened, and every cylinder is hand-finished before Nicasil coating.
The port/channel layout and timings have been developed and tested in racing conditions.
In addition to high power, we mainly focused on a broader powerband and high torque at relatively low revs to improve acceleration in racing conditions.
Developed for e50 reed valve intake conversion ( .. ) and also fits on the Addy 50 engine with only milling and no welding.
The crankcase must be bored to a diameter of 50.5mm so that the cylinder sleeve fits in the crankcase.
